• A requirement to pay a deposit for future bookings
• Restrictions on advance bookings

If you arrive late for your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate you. However, if your late arrival will impact subsequent appointments, we may need to:

• Reduce the scope of your service to fit the remaining time
• Reschedule your appointment for another time

• Full payment is due at the time services are rendered
• We accept cash and major credit/debit cards
• Prices displayed on our website or in our shop are subject to change without notice

• We maintain high standards of hygiene and safety in our barbershop
• If you have any health conditions, allergies, or concerns that may affect your service, please inform your barber before treatment begins
• We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe providing a service may pose a health or safety risk

• Minors under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult
• Certain services may have specific age restrictions

We strive to create a welcoming environment for all customers. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone displaying:

• Disruptive behavior
• Intoxication
• Abusive language or conduct toward staff or other customers
